Sidux art to be discontinued

Sidux have decided to change the logo totally rendering all previous artwork out of date. Because of this I will no longer be creating any artwork for that distro and will be converting all my current sidux art to other things.
To be honest sidux has become an unpleasant distro to be involved with. They have lost all touch with their userbase. The original concept of an open community distro has been replaced by a tyrannical autocracy that dictates terms with no regard for anybody's wishes but their own.
The removal of smxi (even from their forum) has has turned the distro into one that only the most hardened debian geek could ever hope to keep alive. You can of course install smxi yourself and go to techpatterns.com or the #smxi irc channel at oftc for support.
I do NOT recommend that you use sidux unless you simply want to play with debian/unstable and don't care if it breaks and really, if you want to do that you would learn more by actually running debian/sid in it's pure form.

I hope this hasn't inconvenienced anybody but sidux has become a totally untenable situation.

No I didn't mention that. Sidux - the distro that will hurt you if you touch it. It really is an appropriate mascot for them these days isn't it?
